Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene concerns, all sales on lingerie, hosiery, and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don’t worry! Simply return the item to us within 15 days of the shipment date, and we’ll make it right. Here’s how:

  • We’ll cover the return shipping cost—just include a copy of your shipping receipt in your return package.
  • Please use a standard carrier service that provides tracking (only standard shipping will be reimbursed).
  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).

How to Return Your Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA#): Email us at service@blossomandveil.comwith your order details to receive your RA#.
  2. Fill Out the Return Form: Once you have your RA#, download and complete the Return Form. Make sure to fill it out entirely—returns without a completed form cannot be processed or refunded.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack your item(s) securely in a box or envelope (you can reuse the original packaging). Include the completed Return Form and clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: A shipping address will be provided to you once you have your RA#.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the shipment date.
  • Processing time may take a few days after we receive your return or exchange. We will email you once it has been processed —thank you for your patience!
